This Grilled Mahi Mahi recipe is a light and healthy meal that is full of flavor and can be whipped up in 15 minutes!
I love having a delicious side to pair with grilled fish. Some of my favorites are Oven Roasted Asparagus, Perfect Rice Pilaf, or Orzo Arugula Salad!

Flaky and Full of Flavor
Mahi Mahi is by far my favorite white fish to make at home. It is always easy to find at the store and easy to cook. This recipe might be a quick and easy one to throw together but it is packed with flavor! It is as simple as adding a quick rub onto your mahi mahi filets and throwing it on the grill for a flaky fish entrée for dinner.
How to Make Grilled Mahi Mahi
Assemble your ingredients. For exact amounts see the recipe card below.

In a small bowl combine the Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and mix well.

Next, brush both sides of each Mahi Mahi filet with olive oil.

Then season both sides of each Mahi Mahi filet with the prepared seasoning mixture.

Heat your grill over medium high heat and rub olive oil on your grill to keep the filets from sticking.
Cook each filet for 3-5 minutes on each side until the fish flakes with a fork.

Finally, serve and enjoy!
