These Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts are a mouthwatering combination of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors that transform these vegetables into a standout dish. The best part is that it only takes 35 minutes to make! They also taste great alongside my Air Fryer Salmon and Lemon Pepper Chicken!

Honey – Adds in a flavor of sweetness to these roasted brussels sprouts.

How to Make Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add the olive oil, brussels sprouts, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and toss together.

Step 3: Next, add the brussels sprouts to your prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and tender.

Step 4: While the brussels sprouts are baking, add the honey and sriracha to a small bowl and mix together until combined.

Step 5: Place the brussels sprouts in a serving bowl, drizzle the honey-sriracha sauce over the top and toss to combine.

Of course! Some other foods I like adding this sauce to are green beans, broccoli, potatoes, chicken, salmon, or even a roast.

Are these sriracha brussels sprouts spicy?

Yes, they do have spice to them. On a scale I would say they are medium, so between mild and hot. However, you can adjust the spice to your liking as well!

Storage Information
